BioBio - Born the eldest of two sons to Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha, Itachi was hailed as a genius and widely accepted as being next in line to inherit his father's position as the head of the Uchiha clan. He activated his Kekkai Genkai - the Sharingan copy wheel eye - at the age of 8, and since then has always been interested in finding ways of making it stronger. Unlike the Itachi of this Konoha, OOC!Itachi lacked the intent to kill his friend Shisui or murder the rest of his clan, and so does not have the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Since the age of 13, Itachi was promoted as a member of ANBU, and shortly became a captain. Now 24 years old, he is still serving his village, and is acknowledged as being one of the strongest ninja barring a few to ever be produced in Konoha. However, he is mostly indifferent to his status, perferring to devote his attention to his younger brother Sasuke, who is one of very few people who Itachi would actually admit to caring about, the other being Shisui, and of course, Naruto and Sakura.
Following the death of Team Seven's instructor Kakashi to the missing-nin Zabuza, Itachi took over the role, teaching his younger brother and his team-mates and passing on the fire jutsus he had learned to Sasuke. Fugaku is uneasy about Itachi's influence on his youngest son, but since Itachi is so powerful he tries to hide his concern.

OA plotline summary
After he switched into the Orochiagenda!verse, Itachi settled down in the Uchiha district, despite OOC!Sasuke's initial dislike of him. However over time the two became closer, and the day after Itachi's 22nd birthday, they became lovers, despite knowing how dangerous and forbidden the relationship was. With the help of OOC!Rin, they even planned how to have children, with Rin acting as the surrogate mother. Itachi eventually proposed to Sasuke, and the teen was happy to accept, only for Itachi to switch worlds a few months later. While in the OAverse he was only gone for a few months, in the world he was in Ita spent over a year, where he encountered the Sasuke of that world. Unwilling to fight his brother, he was badly injured before accidentally killing that Sasuke in self-defense, gaining the Mangekyou in the process.
Despite many difficulties once he returned to the OAverse he and Sasuke had a son, Uchiha Arashi, born in January 09, and shortly afterwards Itachi and Sasuke got legally and officially married.
However, in the middle of March Itachi was given orders by Danzou (who didn't know exactly how close Itachi was to Sasuke) to finish what his alter started and destroy the last remaining members of the Uchiha clan. Refusing to do so, he in fact warned Sasuke of the danger and together they took their family out of Konoha to Oto.
